Classes VI to VIII participated in Poster Designing competition where they displayed their creativity and innovation to raise the concern by drawing pictures and images to show how tobacco epidemic kills people at alarming rate every year and by writing slogans to eradicate the menace of tobacco. This kind of knowledge helps us in better understanding of the world around us. Overall it was an exciting, entertaining and educative experience for one and all. Under ‘Prize less Message Activity’ students wrote message of gratitude dedicated to the soldiers for their exemplary service to the nation. ‘Book is a dream that you hold in your hands’. The school Principal along with all the teachers blessed the students for their forthcoming board examination. Students participated with complete confidence and wore splendid costumes. With advancing years the essence of lighting diyas has been replaced by burning dangerous crackers which harm not just the environment but also the health of the individuals. The students were acquainted with SALLY RIDE EARTHKAM, which was an initiative taken by DR. SALLY RIDE who was the America’s first woman astronaut in space in 1995. It was a heartwarming experience for all. The children were fascinated to see the foyer area decorated with cut-outs of pink objects varying from Unicorns, Flowers, Teddy Bears. It is a proud moment for everyone. Students of Little Steps displayed the spirit of generosity by giving away their precious toys. The trip was organized for classes I to V on January 21,2020 and on for classes VI to XI on January 22, 2020.The activities at the camp were supervised by experienced and qualified instructors along with the class teachers.
